The Verkhovna Rada has satisfied representation of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko on giving consent to the criminal prosecution of the Deputy from the faction “people’s front” Maxim Polyakov.
The decision was supported by 250 MPs at a plenary meeting on Tuesday.
However, the Verkhovna Rada voted against the arrest Polyakov, and not consented to his detention.
