The draft pension reform will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on June 19-20. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman to journalists after a meeting of the National Council reform, reports the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
“I think that on Monday, max Tuesday we will introduce to Parliament (the bill – ed.)”, – said Groisman.
He noted that the national Council of reforms has supported the government’s draft pension reform.
“Most importantly, the pension reform Council of the reforms supported. Today, the Council of reform, the President has supported our initiative on increasing pensions from 1 October, but now we need to pass all necessary procedures of the Parliament and then we will be able October 1 and to raise the pensions of all the 9 million pensioners and to build a system that would build a deficit-free pension system and it will be based on justice,” – said Groisman.
