The Cabinet of Ministers supported the Strategy for improving road safety in Ukraine for the period until 2020.
One of the points of the strategy is mandatory seasonal tyre replacement. Also plan to improve the system of examination of drivers and candidates for drivers from psychologists and narcologists.
The road map provides for the replacement of at least 500 uncontrolled intersections throughout the country on roundabouts.
In addition, it is planned to equip at least a thousand ground pedestrian crossings, as well as set high-quality modern road signs and markings.
