The President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite stated about the absence of any conditions for the lifting of sanctions with Russia. She stated this at a joint press conference with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko today, June 9 in Kharkiv.
Grybauskaite noted that the “Normandy format” works, but it can be modified or extended.
“But we have no other choice but to implement the Minsk agreements”, – she noted.
The President of Lithuania expressed concern about the deteriorating situation in the Donbass and daily death. She noted that Russia continues to “demonstrative of aggressive behavior.”
“There are no conditions to lift the sanctions,” – said Grybauskaite.
Recall that the U.S. has no plan to lift sanctions against Russia, said earlier the Deputy of the official representative of the White house Sarah Sanders.
As reported, the EU also agreed a year-long extension of sanctions against Crimea.
