The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Valeriy Bondar, Deputy commander of the National guard of Ukraine.
The corresponding decree of 7 June published on the website of the President.
“To appoint Cooper Valery Ivanovich Deputy commander of the National guard of Ukraine”, – the document says.
At the end of may the President dismissed from the post Valeriy Rudnytsky.
Major-General Cooper was formerly chief of staff of the Main Department of the NSU.
