Arab countries not to support the dialogue with Qatar, which is financing radical groups, said Wednesday the state Minister for foreign Affairs of the UAE Anwar Gargash.
“With Qatar’s nothing to talk about… He chose the path of support of extremism and terrorism,” the Minister said in an interview with the Associated Press.
The Gargash stressed that the Qatari authorities need to stop supporting Hamas and associated with “al-Qaeda” groups.
According to the Agency, in Doha repeatedly denied similar accusations of financing terrorists.
On Monday, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain announced the severance of diplomatic relations with Qatar. Later they were joined by a number of other Muslim countries.
Saudi Arabia, which heads the Arab coalition in the fight against Yemeni Houthi rebels, also said that Qatar will be removed from the structure of the coalition.
