The Cabinet will be involved in the solution of the issue of not cleared cars.

The government is ready to participate in drafting amendments in legislation relating to foreign-registered vehicles, but the question is ambiguous. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman.

“We are ready as the government to join the process on the basis of the Committee”, – said Groisman during the hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday, may 26.

At the same time, the Prime Minister stressed that this question is ambiguous.

“This is a tricky question, and I would ask that we then showed you a leadership position, which will allow us to preserve, including the public interest. We must work to have a dialogue, find a way out of this situation… But we have to be very balanced,” – said the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister also promised that he “will visit Volyn”, the people who are making decisions on this issue.

As reported, the Verkhovna Rada registered the bill No. 4932 authorship of the head of the faction “people’s front” Maxim Bourbaki, which proposes to impose a uncleared car charge 2 euros per day.

Thursday, may 25, opponents of the tax for owners of cars with foreign registration held a protest, blocking vehicular traffic on the Grushevsky street in Central Kiev, where the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
