BPP advocates the establishment of anti-corruption courts – Gerasimov

The faction “Block of Petro Poroshenko” advocates the establishment of anti-corruption courts. This was at the briefing said the leader of the BPP Arthur Gerasimov, commenting on the statement by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko about what Ukraine needs to create an anti-corruption chamber of the court instead of the anti-corruption court.

Gerasimov stressed that the faction of the BPP supports all decisions that relate to judicial reform.

“We support the establishment of anticorruption courts,” he said, and added: “But I want to emphasize that this plenary week, we have in the agenda is the issue of inclusion of codes and questions of constitutional proceedings. So let’s first decide it.”
As reported, on may 22, the attorney General Lutsenko said that he supports the establishment of anti-corruption chamber in the Supreme court instead of the anti-corruption court.
In the Memorandum between Ukraine and IMF on the third review of the eff the EFF says that the anti-corruption court should begin its operations until the end of March 2018.

As you know, the head of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine Sytnyk convinced that the anti-corruption court in Ukraine, you can create up to the end of this year.
