Tickets on the fast train No. 705/33013 Kiev – Przemysl mid-June can be purchased online.This was stated by the Chairman of the Board of “Ukrzaliznytsia” (UZ) Wojciech Balczun.
“We intensively worked it with the Polish side. The question was not only on our part, and it was necessary to integrate the two computer systems and to take into account the time difference,” – said balczun quotes the press service of the UZ.
To implement online sales of tickets to Przemysl had to solve many technical issues, explained Balcon.
“I’m sure that in mid-June, the project will start”, – he stressed.
In addition, in the coming weeks “Ukrzaliznytsya” will be installed at the station in Kiev, the first self-service terminals to purchase tickets.
Now Ukraine has a direct railway communication with Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Romania. The ticket price is approximate, since the rate depends on the exchange rate.
