Russia is fighting a computer virus with Holy water

While corporations and government agencies around the world are scratching their heads over how to counter the terrible computer virus WannaCry and various malicious software ransomware, Russia has developed innovative technology to repel cyber attacks. It is to trust God. And from Kamchatka to the Urals Orthodox priests and monks left his meditative life and picked up a brush for sprinkling Holy water, so as to protect the Motherland.

The Russian government is very serious about the idea of mass sprinkling their supercomputers. Instead of having to invite for this purpose, someone out of the ordinary priests, of the interior Ministry appealed to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill, so he put the sacred barrier between computers and hackers, these servants of Satan.

It is important to remind that after disintegration of the USSR to the Russian Orthodox Church was created very favorable conditions, largely due to the conservative policies of Vladimir Putin, addressing Church groups as their ally. And thanks, of course, not long in coming.

According to the site Heatstreet, this may explain the fact that Orthodox priests bless the room with the servers and any other technological innovations. According to them, this is supposed to protect Russia from attacks.
