In Minot explained how immigrants from Crimea and Donbas can receive biometric passports

The Ministry for the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine said that IDPs from Crimea and uncontrolled territories of Donbass can receive biometric passports in points of administrative services at the place of residence with a statement of internally displaced persons.

It is noted that for obtaining biometric passports to citizens of Crimea and Donbas with the help of internally displaced persons.

“We must remember that a visa-free regime does not give the right to work of Ukrainians on the territory of the European Union. You can stay in EU countries for 90 days within 180 days. Internally displaced persons to obtain a biometric passport at the centers of providing administrative services, subject to availability of IDP certificate”, – said adviser to the Minister Minot Olesya Tsybulko.

The press service reminded that the basic requirement for the citizens is the availability of biometric passports and documents confirming the purpose of visit and conditions of stay abroad. Besides, it is very important that a person could clearly explain to the guards the purpose of his visit to EU countries.
