The President of Kosovo appointed early parliamentary elections for June 11

The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci has decided to appoint the early parliamentary elections on 11 June. It is reported by the Kosovo newspaper Zeri, reports “Ukrainian truth”.

The date was set after consultations with various political forces.

It is noted that among the proposed options was also the possibility of holding elections on June 18.

We will remind, Kosovo’s Parliament on Wednesday voted for a vote of no confidence of the government and opened the way for possible early elections.

The opposition party accused the Prime Minister ISA Mustafa and his government of failing to implement its programme and to make important laws.

On the same day the President of Kosovo decided to dissolve the Parliament.
