The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Moldova.
The corresponding decree №118/2017 dated April 28, 2017 published on Friday on the website of the President.
“To assist in overcoming the consequences of the crisis situation in the Republic of Moldova from-for a powerful snowfall, in accordance with article 10 of the law of Ukraine “On humanitarian aid” resolve: to provide humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Moldova; the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Moldova”, – the document says.
The amount of humanitarian aid allocated in the decree does not specify. Earlier it was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the granting to Moldova the humanitarian help for the sum of 10 million UAH for liquidation of consequences of bad weather.
