The state budget of Ukraine in January-March 2017 is executed with a deficit at the level of 9,741 billion, which is 7.8% below the deficit for the same period of the previous year at the level of 10,567 billion. This was reported by the press service of the State Treasury service of Ukraine.
According to the report, the state budget revenues for the period amounted to 174,757 billion UAH, and costs – 184,556 billion.
According to the data, the consolidated budget for January-March is executed with surplus of 4,007 billion UAH, which is 3.6% more than surplus for the same period in 2016 at the level of 3,869 billion.
The consolidated budget’s revenues for the reporting period amounted to 220,490 billion UAH, expenses – 216,529 billion.
We will remind, the state budget deficit by the end of 2016 was $ 70,130 billion, or 2.9% of GDP.
The state budget of Ukraine for 2017 assumes revenues of $ 731 billion UAH, expenses – 800 UAH billion, the maximum level of deficit of 77.5 billion UAH, or 3% of GDP.
As you know, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on introduction in Ukraine medium-term budget planning.
