PACE wants Russia to restore the Majlis in the Crimea, – Aryev

45 PACE members signed a Declaration demanding Russia to restore the work of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people of the Crimea. About this Facebook said the head of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE Vladimir Aryev.

“45 members of the Assembly from different countries and political groups signed a Declaration demanding that the occupier of the Russian Federation to comply with the International court of justice for the restoration of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatars and the cessation of persecution of the Ukrainian language in Crimea”, – he wrote.

According to Vladimir Aryev, the signatories also clearly stated that the resumption of cooperation of the Russian Federation with PACE is possible only after de-occupation of the Crimea and the full implementation by Russia of the Minsk agreements.

“By the way, signatures are gathered quickly and easily,” he added.
