The people’s Deputy, head of the faction of the Radical party Oleg Lyashko during today’s hearing in the NEB noted the challenging behavior, dismissive attitude to the detectives and prosecutors that he was called obscene words. About it reports a press-service of Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office, the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
In Prosecutor’s office emphasize that today’s call on interrogation policy is not the first, but only Lyashko makes a show of it and writes posts in social networks of political pressure and order.
“Also, this call for questioning found another one not at the party distribution in Ukrainian politics: between success in sports, business, art, Ukrainians, who achieved success with their work, and “professional politicians”, who are members of four or more convocations with modest wages. However, these “professional politicians” sometimes show overly luxurious life in a big way — luxury properties in Prime locations, expensive cars and vacation in exotic countries, are available to their voters,” – said in the message.
SAP recalls that data are brought in ERDR upon the acquisition of seven assets in a significant amount under part 3 of article 368-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. “In fact, to establish or refute the fact of illegal receipt of property the anti-corruption bodies and started production, as previously obtained information is sufficient for entering of data into ERDR”, – specified in Prosecutor’s office.
Thus, according to the press service, the issue of proof of guilt or innocence of a person and is a function of preliminary investigation bodies (NABS) and prosecutors SAP, the approval of the Deputy Lyashko about the alleged ordered nature of the investigation and determination of guilt are unfounded and premature.

We will remind, on April 24, Director of the NABU Sytnyk said about opening of criminal proceedings against Lyashko. Earlier media reported that the leader of the Radical party in the last year acquired real estate for approximately 20 million UAH.
Today, Lyashko was held in interrogation in NABOO for about 4 hours.
