Matios ordered to block access to e-declarations of the military prosecutors – NACP

The national Agency on corruption prevention has closed public access to electronic declarations of the prosecutors of military Prosecutor’s office and members of their families at the request of the chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios. This was at the briefing said the Chairman of the NACP Natalia Korchak.

“We first received this document, which must be performed … This decision Matios is valid, i.e. it is not constant in time,” said Korczak.

According to her, the chief military Prosecutor signed a decree on the closure of these electronic declarations of the prosecutors of military Prosecutor’s office and members of their families to ensure their safety.

“The Declaration closed to the public, the Declaration in the database is for access of our employees,” said Korczak.

Electronic declarations will be open after treatment Matios permit their discovery. According to Korczak, Declaration can become accessible after the completion of criminal proceedings in connection with which action was taken (closing data of e-Declaration) in respect of the military prosecutors and members of their families.

Earlier it was reported that after the resumption of the work of the NACP registry, from the registry gone, more than 200 declarations of employees of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (GPU) and the military Prosecutor.
