Putin reported that Russia intends to separate the Donbass from Ukraine

In the Kremlin say they are not trying to integrate in the Russian-occupied Donbas. About it the press-Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov told journalists, commenting on the publication Bloomberg.

“The question (about the plans of the Kremlin) is a bit absurd in the sense that for many years the President (of the Russian Federation. – Ed.) Putin and Russian officials at various levels talking about it – that Moscow is not trying to integrate into the Russian Federation of the unrecognized Republic of Donbass – “DNR” and “LNR”, – said Peskov.

Previously, the Agency Bloomberg, citing three sources close to authorities in Moscow, said that Russia through gradual integration of the occupied territories is trying to separate Donbas from Ukraine. The publication notes that the Russian President Vladimir Putin tightens control over the Donbas.

We will remind, the President Petro Poroshenko in interview to television channel Sky News said that to Donbass there is a real war, not a frozen conflict.

“Some people try to call it (the situation in the Donbass. – Ed.) Frozen conflict. Emphasize that it’s not frozen. And this is hot Russian aggression against my country,” – said the head of state.

He said that since the beginning of the year Ukraine has lost 69 troops and more than 420 were wounded.
“Is this a frozen conflict? This is a real hot war. This is a real aggression,” – said the President.

He noted that in the occupied Ukrainian territory there are more than 700 Russian tanks, 1250 artillery systems, more than 300 rocket systems of volley fire.

Petro Poroshenko stressed that pressure on Russia should be extended to stop the killing of Ukrainians.
