The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the use of seals by legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs. This is evidenced by the card bill on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
We will remind, earlier the Verkhovna Rada has cancelled the obligatory presence of wet imprints on official documents. It is expected that the implementation of provisions of the bill will raise Ukraine by a few points in the Doing Business rating.
This means that now trade with foreign partners, Ukrainian business will become easier. Officials can no longer lay claim to foreign contracts due to the lack of wet seals.
At the same time, lawyers are already found in the document of the risk for the business.
