The head of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy stunned by the beating of a schoolgirl in Chernihiv and urged members to mobilize in Parliament to pass a number of laws for the proper upbringing of children. He said this at the morning meeting of Parliament, reports 112.ua.

First, from the parliamentary rostrum raised the question of the Deputy from “Samopomich” Anna Romanova, who urged to be engaged in youth policy in the country.

“A week ago there was a terrible situation that shook the entire country. In the city centre in broad daylight a few teenagers cynically filmed on the phone of the moral and physical bullying of a person. Objective statistics on how many such cases happening, not, as a rule, such cases are hushed up. We, as government leaders, need to draw conclusions and to form an effective policy on youth work and family”, – said the MP.

This initiative was supported by the speaker of Parliament.

“I also saw this horrible video. I am deeply convinced that the state should take effective effective action that the youth were involved in education, including sports. I fully support that today we have to accept the unit laws offered by the Committee on youth and sport and ask everyone possible to mobilize for the adoption of a set of laws,” – said paruby.
