You need to be ready for new attempts to disrupt bezviz for Ukraine – Deputy Prime Minister

On the way of Ukraine to a visa-free regime with the countries of the European Union may be attempts to organize political surprises, but they will not prevent a positive decision. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister for European and Atlantic integration of Ukraine Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze, reports “UKRINFORM”.

“There are still a few stages is, of course, the meeting of the permanent Committee of representatives of the EU, European Council meeting in some part, it may be different, the foreign Ministers, interior Ministers, for example, the signing of the specific presidency of the EU and then publish, and then another 20 days for the entry into force of (visa-free regime. – Ed.). Will there be any more political surprises? I think there will be many different attempts with different parties to arrange for such surprises. But I am convinced that we can count on a positive result,” said klympush-Tsintsadze.

She noted that Ukraine is extremely pleased with the decision to bitwise and thankful every European parliamentarian for the voice.

We will remind, on 6 April 2017, the European Parliament voted for granting the visa-free regime with the EU for Ukrainian citizens.

After the vote in the European Parliament the Ukrainian bezviz must approve the Council of the EU. It is expected that bezviz for Ukraine might actually go into effect in early June.
