The head of Russian foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov has stated that it intends to clarify the information on the introduction of Kiev full transport blockade of the so-called “DNR” and “LNR”.
“If so, this would contradict all the statements which have sounded from lips of the Prime Minister, other responsible members of the Ukrainian leadership”, – he told reporters.
“I don’t know what to say, until you figure out what exactly was meant by the statement that you referred to,” replied the Minister when asked to comment on the relevant statements from Kiev.
As reported, at the meeting of the President of Ukraine, national security and defense Council Petro Poroshenko decided to temporarily completely stop transport links – road and rail – with the occupied territories of Donbass.
After that, the Council supported the proposal of the President in connection with the seizure of the Ukrainian enterprises and the deterioration of the situation in the zone of the military operation in the Donbass. As stated by Oleksandr Turchynov, “in pursuance of the NSDC decision until 13:00 today will be closed all roads and railway lines leading to the separation line”.
