The U.S. Senate approved the Wilbur Ross as the new Minister of Commerce of the United States, according to the New Time with reference to The Hill.
According to the report, during his candidacy, voted 54 Senator that more than the required number of votes.
Billionaire Ross is known as a specialist in distressed assets and restructuring of enterprises.
Earlier, the former head of the financial direction of the election team of Donald trump Stephen Mnuchin approved by the Senate for the position of Secretary of the Treasury.
