At the airport in London caught a possible terrorist

British police officers of units on combating terrorism arrested a 37-year-old man at London’s Stansted airport when he was already boarding the plane flying to Turkey.

In accordance with the British Act of terrorism, the man was arrested on suspicion of preparing acts of terrorism and taken to a police station in South London.

Now the police conducts searches at two addresses in the North of the city.

Police stressed that the arrest had nothing to do with the attack in Manchester, where on Monday evening, a suicide bomber carried out an explosion during a concert by American singer Ariana Grande.

According to recent reports, the explosion at the “Manchester arena” 22 people are killed, 59 were injured.

Responsibility for the attack was claimed by the extremist group “Islamic state”.

The explosion in the concert hall “Manchester-arena” – the most bloody terrorist attack in Britain after the bombings of July 2005 in London that killed over 50 people.

Prime Minister Theresa may announced the raising of the terrorist threat in the country with the current “serious” to the maximum “critical”, which means the immediate threat of a terrorist attack.
