The solution of the conflict in the Donbass without the participation of Kiev is not possible. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said in a speech at the 53rd Munich conference, the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
“Any agreement behind our back will be cancelled”, – said Poroshenko.
“We want freedom. And Russia wants to punish us for it. I have the honour to submit my 45-million-strong nation European people. And on their behalf I say that we will never allow anyone to decide our fate without our participation. Any attempts will be prevented by the millions of Ukrainians who have demonstrated a desire to fight for their independence, we are defending our country, and the message is very simple: no decisions about Ukraine without Ukraine. All such actions only provoke Russia. Ukraine wants peace, and that Russia began to respect international law. Ukraine showed much more desire to establish peace, what we got in return,” – said the President of Ukraine.
We will remind, earlier Poroshenko and Tillerson discussed the escalation of the situation in the Donbas and Russia’s violation of the Minsk agreements.
