The NOTE said that I need to actively prepare for the competition, not to “sort things out”. “The situation itself is somehow favored that created the tense situation. For my part, I can say that we have been moving forward consistently, in accordance with the European Broadcasting Union terms. Actually there were a lot of difficulties. I would not dramatize the whole situation, because it is the main part of the television is the final and two semifinals. And there’s another part of is part of the event. The event part is very important because it is the fans, delegations and so on. But in Ukraine many experts who did not for one event that made festivals and events in the city of Kiev, and other cities,” – says the Deputy Director of a NOTE to Paul hrycak.

Also Hrytsak argues that official statements about the resignation of the company are not received.

It should be noted that some media publications about the scandal mistakenly used the phrase “creative team”. But the creative part of the work (for example, creating a logo and slogan) was performed by the “contractor” Agency “Herd RE Design” (this includes two creative agencies – Republique – Banda agency, which unite to create the entire complex graphic communications). But the resignation of the team was signed by the Executive producers and Deputy Director General NOTE – the already mentioned Alexander Harabanim and Victoria Romanova.
