The return of the “Ukrzaliznytsia” (UZ) fares for passenger transportation may subject to a real improvement of service for passengers and appropriate attitude of workers towards their duties. About said the head of the ULTRASONIC Wojciech Balczun.
“Today incline to this model: first, we show real results to improve service for passengers will use internal resources to optimize passenger management, workers achieve a proper relationship to his duties. And then return to the subject of tariffs,” wrote Balcon on his page in Facebook.
According to Balcona, this approach guide is formed by the understanding of not only the company’s prospects, but the consequences for the whole Ukrainian economy. “Passenger transportation is our unique public mission that no one else but us is not able to provide. It is both a great opportunity and a big responsibility”, — said Balczun.
We will remind, earlier the Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan, which is in conflict with Balkonom, assured that in Ukraine there will be increased tariffs for passenger and freight rail transportation.
“I think maybe it will not be pleasant to hear business, but rates need to increase. Rates can be increased only when we understand that “Ukrzaliznytsya” is effectively a transparent company, which is understandable as receiving funds, and it is clear how spending the money. That is, it is certainly not now,” said Omeljan.
