The Ukrainian government seeks to make amends before the new US President Donald trump, who openly supported during the election campaign, and also cadge money, said the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Interfax reports.
“They (the Ukrainian authorities – Ed.) again, they want to cadge money, Recalling, as they hurt, with the same reference want to attract attention, to not forget about them”,- he said in an interview for the program Irada Zeynalova “Results of the week” on NTV.
“I want to make amends before the present U.S. administration, given how they publicly and openly worked against US President trump during the election campaign,” he said.
The head of the Russian foreign Ministry also expressed hope that the US and the EU “is not very strong stirrings of understanding of what is actually happening in the East of Ukraine will be strengthened.”
