Russia has refused to extradite Sentsov and Kolchenko

The Ministry of justice again refused to allow the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on extradition is held in the Russian Ukrainians Oleg Sentsov and Oleksandr Kolchenko, including their own citizens. This was announced by Deputy Minister of justice in European integration Sergei Petukhov.
