In Russia believe that the Ukrainian side allegedly trying to divert attention from the escalation of the situation in the Donbass, stating the shelling of military aircraft over the Black sea. This was stated by a member of the Duma Committee on defence Yury Shvydkin, reports “RIA Novosti”.
“I think it’s an attempt to distract world attention from events in the South-East of Ukraine, which clearly violated the Minsk agreements with the aim to move focus to the Black sea, where the incident occurred, exposing Russia as the aggressor country”, – said Switchin.
In addition, the MP drew attention to the fact that now in the Black sea are the teachings of NATO.
“They are in the framework of international agreements on the conduct and the possibility of teaching in international waters in the Black sea. Now (this incident can be used. — Ed.) with the aim of increasing the number of these exercises, possible revision of the targets of these exercises,” — said the MP.
Recall that on 1 February in the Black sea near Odessa gas field with drilling rigs seized by the Russian military opened fire on the transport plane of Armed forces of Ukraine An-26.
As stated by the chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios, Ukraine will give to the international criminal court one of the bullets, trapped in the aircraft, the Navy An-26 during the shelling of Russia over the Odessa gas field in the Black sea.
