Groisman: Someone wants to fill e-customs Declaration

Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman said that the government will not allow problems with the system of electronic Declaration.

“The process of introducing e-Declaration was extremely difficult because, technically, NACP (National Agency for prevention of corruption – Ed.) not prepared properly for the full implementation of the system. I want to emphasize that before the 1st of April is a time when millions of employees of other categories will submit their declarations, and if again we stumble on the same problem – and I already have some rumors that I hear that someone wants to fill up the electronic Declaration system – we will not allow,” – said the Prime Minister.

Grossman said that to submit an e-Declaration before the 1st of April is about 2 million people.

According to him, in 2017, NACP allocated UAH 65 million for technical modernization.

We will remind, the first stage of submission of electronic declarations for 2015 ended on the night of 31 October. He touched the subjects of declaring, who is responsible and very responsible position – the President, Prime Minister, Cabinet members, MPs, judges, law enforcement officers.

From 1 January 2017 in Ukraine began the second phase of electronic Declaration. It will last until April 1. During this period, your electronic Declaration shall apply without exception of persons authorized to perform functions of state or local government, as well as equivalent officials and legal entities of public law.
