Hearings on the suit of Ukraine in the International court of justice will begin in March

Hearings in the International court of justice in the Hague (Netherlands) on the claim of Ukraine to attract Russia to justice for committing acts of terrorism and discrimination for its illegal aggression against Ukraine will begin in March 2017, said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin.

“In March, will begin hearings at the International court of justice in our lawsuit that we filed against Russia since it consistently violates the Convention on the prohibition of the financing of terrorism and the Convention on the prohibition of racial discrimination”, – he told on air of TV channel “inter” on Sunday evening.

As reported, on January 16, 2017 Ukraine filed a lawsuit in the international court of justice to attract the Russian Federation responsible for the Commission of acts of terrorism and discrimination for its illegal aggression against Ukraine. The lawsuit was filed under the International Convention for the suppression of the financing of terrorism and the International Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination.
