The police in Lviv region revealed the scheme of illegal wood export to Poland. For transportation, the attackers bought a limited responsibility, but on the basis of fictitious documents about the origin of the forest received certificates for the products, reports the Agency.
Men have time to take in Poland, more than 700 cubic meters of timber – that’s about 12 cars of a forest. Foreign currency earnings, they simply divided among themselves, not paying taxes. According to GFS in Lviv region, men are not paid more than 800 thousand hryvnias of taxes.
The fact of the offence involved in the case announced on suspicion of committing crimes under part 3 of article 28 (Commission of crime by group of persons, group of persons by prior conspiracy, an organized group or a criminal organization), part 2 St. 205 (fictitious business), part 2 of article 212 (evasion of taxes, duties and obligatory payments) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
