Groisman threatened business huge fines

Ukrainian employers will pay employees their enterprises less than 3200 hryvnia face fines from 32 thousand to 320 thousand hryvnia. This was stated by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman.

“The law is very clearly provided for two things. First — every employee should receive a payroll of at least 3200 hryvnia. The second responsibility. This responsibility includes the following: if the employer does not charge 3 200 UAH, he will be fined. These penalties — from 32 thousand to 320 thousand hryvnia. There are serious penalties as a punishment for someone who does not pay”, — quotes the Ukrainian press service of the government.

The Prime Minister also noted that there will always be to protect and support white business that pays fair wages.

“For me, no need for penalties — for me is necessary that every Ukrainian citizen received not less than 3 200 UAH of wages”, — said Groisman.

To control the increase of salaries in each region of Ukraine will be interdepartmental or interagency working groups.

Recall from 1 January 2017 the minimum wage in Ukraine was increased twice. This increase also changed the amount of taxes, tied to the rate of mentorplace.
