Russia is not discussing with US the criteria for the lifting of sanctions against Russia, said Russian Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov to reporters at the UN.
“Sanctions are not the subject of dialogue, we did not enter them, not them to us and cancel. Criteria for lifting the sanctions, we have not discussed. We do not discuss. All these sanctions were introduced under false and illegal pretexts”, − said Ryabkov.
Commenting on the statement of the elected President of the United States Donald trump about lifting sanctions in exchange for nuclear disarmament Ryabkov said Russia is ready for dialogue, but stressed that “the discussion of ideas is not tantamount to a change of positions.”
