During the solemn ceremony of awarding the best representatives of world football FIFA The Best Football Awards 2016 was presented with a special award Fifa Fan for the fans of Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund.
During the Europa League match between the teams, the fans sang the famous hit You’ll Never Walk Alone, which is the national anthem of both teams. So they honored the memory of victims of the tragedy at the stadium “Hillsborough” in 1989 that killed 96 fans of “red” and another 766 people were injured of varying severity.
Also the reward claimed by fans of the Dutch club “ADO Den Haag”, as well as fans of the national team of Iceland – the main sensation of Euro-2016.
