The reigning champion of “Dakar” have gone from the race

The reigning champion of the Dakar Australian rider Toby Price has a serious injury in the fourth stage of the rally-RAID held in South America, and went the distance.

Price received a fracture of the left femur after falling for a few kilometers before the finish of the 4th stage in the Bolivian town of Tupiza. After the fall of the motorcyclist was evacuated by medical staff of the race by helicopter.

Price after three rounds was at the 5th place of the overall standings in the motorcycle category, lagging behind the leading Spaniard Joan Barreda Board (“Honda”), on 16 minutes, 19 seconds.
