Le Pen denied entry to Ukraine because of controversial statements on Crimea.

The security Service of Ukraine (SBU) allow the introduction of restrictive measures in respect of the candidate in presidents of France and leader of the party “national front” marine Le Pen, who called legitimate the annexation of Crimea by Russia.

This was stated by the head of the office of the head of the security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachuk in the comment “observer”.

“If the official of the person making such statements, our service and Ministry of foreign Affairs assess them and react accordingly. I do not exclude that Le Pen will be denied entry or will be taken any measures,” — said Tkachuk.

At the same time, chief of staff of the head of the SBU said that the decision on this issue depends not only on intelligence but also from the foreign Ministry of Ukraine because the matter concerns a foreign citizen.

Earlier, Le Pen stated that it considers the occupation of Crimea by Russia as legitimate.

Le Pen also stated that he wants to remove sanctions against Russia.
