Russia is using the occupied territories of Donbass for the disposal of old ammunition and weapons, the accumulation of which is recorded by Ukrainian intelligence. This was at the briefing said the press-Secretary of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine concerning anti-terrorist operation Andrey Lysenko, transfers UNIAN.
According to him, on Donbass the enemy recorded a large amount of old ammunition, which can lead to samodelnaya.

“According to information from the Main intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine, in the so-called 3rd and 5th brigades of the enemy were found large quantities of Russian ammunition, namely, shells and mines that are in poor condition. Their use may result in samodelnaya. This fact confirms the use by Russia of the occupied territories of Ukraine as a landfill for disposal of obsolete munitions, weapons, storage and use which is a real threat, in particular the lives of the local population”, – said Lysenko.
As reported in July this year, will appear in Ukraine a plant for the production of ammunition according to NATO standards.
