The issue of blockade of the occupied territory of Donbass is in the competence of law enforcement agencies. The effects of the embargo can be threatening for the whole of Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the Luhansk regional administration Yuriy Garbuz in an interview with “Obozrevatel”.
