In Ukraine, the coming reform in the field of production of dairy products. This was announced by Deputy Minister of agrarian policy Elena Kovaleva, reports the press service of the Ministry.
“The dairy industry is of great importance not only for Ukrainian agriculture, but for the whole country. Dairy farms should significantly improve the quality of dairy products by reconstruction of the dairy enterprises. An effective tool for this is the creation of family farms and combining them into cooperatives,” said Kovalev.
Among the topical issues of the industry, in particular, sounded marking, animal identification, production and development of the internal market.
As previously reported, Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine is looking for ways to give up milk second-class citizens. The Agency assure that 25% of milk in Ukraine is produced by private households, and this production is second-class, which increasingly complain about the consumer.
