The state enterprise alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry “Ukrspirt” announced a two-stage increase in the price of alcohol in 2017 in January and 10.6%, March — 8%.

According to the company, the last time the price of alcohol was increased in April 2016 at 17-18%. From April 2016, there has been a significant rise in prices of raw materials — 14%, fuels and electricity by nearly 24%, respectively there was a need to increase the price of alcohol.
“Ukrspirt” plans to raise prices not only for alcohol, but all types of alcohol-containing products.
Currently, the company conducts an annual renegotiation of contracts with companies and consumers. As of January 12 contracts for the supply of alcohol companies alcoholic beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
As reported, from April to December 2016 the price of alcohol “Lux” was 285 UAH/DL (with VAT).

The main sales market “Ukrspirt” in 2015 was the domestic market. In foreign markets the company sold about 140 thousand dal of ethyl alcohol. The export share made up 2% of the total sales of alcohol.
