The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the Odessa official, who interrupted his speech during a meeting in Odessa, tried to clarify the question regarding violations on local elections. He told about it at meeting in Odessa, reports “Correspondent”.
The President noted that he had heard the question of the official and instructed to deal with it.
“The Chairman of the district state administration, who raised his hand in the hall and approached me. It came to the question of violation of the electoral legislation in one territorial community in elections. I instructed law enforcement agencies, has set a timetable…” – said Poroshenko.
As reported today during a meeting on regional policy with representatives of the government and heads of regional administrations in Odessa, a local official suddenly interrupted the President during his speech, after which Poroshenko put him in his place.
Also recall that the President has today arrived in Odessa in order to present the new head of the Odessa regional state administration. The head of state believes that he made the right decision regarding the appointment of Maxim Stepanov.
