Groisman on the allocation of tranches of the EU: This is an extremely important signal about the real support of Ukraine

The release of the second tranche of the loan in the amount of 600 million euros within the program of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine by the European Union is an important signal about our country’s support from the EU. Wrote about this on his page in the social network Facebook, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said after a telephone conversation with the Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis.

“During my visit to Brussels on 9-10 February this year, we reached agreement on the allocation by the European Commission the second tranche of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 600 million euros. Today, the Commission issued a final decision on the allocation of this assistance. This is an extremely important signal about the real support of the EU both Ukraine and reforms conducted by the Ukrainian government. We appreciate the support and help!” – wrote, Groisman.

We will remind, today, on 16 March, the European Commission approved the allocation of 600 million Euro macro-financial assistance to Ukraine.
