Decentralization and in 2017 will remain a priority for the Ukrainian government. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman wrote on his page in Facebook.
According to him, changes in Ukraine began with local government, decentralization. “I fought for this reform, even as Vinnytsia mayor. I fought for her from the first days of work in Central government. And today is especially happy when I see that the field has the resources and begin to resolve problems that are not solved for years,” – said the head of government.
He assured that the decentralization in the future remains a priority for the government and will gain momentum. “The new year will be the third year of full implementation of the decentralization reform. So, in the towns and villages will this year be new and renovated schools, kindergartens, ambulatories and FAPs, stadiums and clubs, roads and sidewalks. And those are the things that directly affect the quality of daily life of our citizens”, – said Groisman.
