Court of the Netherlands ordered the government to disclose additional information about the downed “Boeing” MH17

The Dutch court ordered the Ministry of security and justice of the country to publish the protocols of the Ministerial meetings after the disaster “Boeing” flight MH17 over Donbass. It is reported by RTL Nieuws, transfers TV channel “112 Ukraine”.

“The Ministry of security and justice has six weeks to implement the judge’s decision. If the Ministry does not want to do this then it must refer to a higher authority – the Council of State”, – stated in the message.

The decision was made on the basis of the claim of three Dutch media NOS, RTL Nieuws, Volkskrant and that due to the large resonance around the disaster MH17 want to restore the course of events as possible.

The Ministry has not yet commented on the ruling.

Recall that the Netherlands expects a recovery search works on a place of falling of “Boeing” MH17 in the Donbas for the detection of human remains.

As reported, in January, the Dutch journalist was found in the Donbas a bone fragment of one of the victims of the tragedy. The members of the families of the victims said they would seek new search works.
