The property of the Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Firtash in Europe is subject to the laws on the protection of human rights. This was stated by the Chairman of the Land court of Vienna, which adopted the decision on the admission of the extradition of the entrepreneur.
“As for the question about the threat of seizure of property accused, we proceeded from the fact that in the US he does not have some property, and his property in Europe is subject to the laws on the protection of human rights,” he said.
