By signing the decree on recognition of the “papers” so-called “LNR” and “DNR”, Russian President Vladimir Putin legally recognized quasi-state terrorist group and walked out of the Minsk process. This was stated by Secretary of national security Council and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov, the press service of the NSDC.
“By signing the decree, Putin legally recognized quasi-state terrorist groups who, as a Fig leaf, covered the occupation of Russian part of the Donbass”, – said Turchinov.
“This step of the Kremlin completely negates the Minsk process is equal to the statement regarding Russia out of it”, – said Secretary of the NSDC.
As reported, Putin signed a decree on the recognition of “papers” so-called “DNR” and “LNR”.
