President Vladimir Zelensky said that the agreement on a new ceasefire in the Donbass must be approved by the representatives of the countries of the “Normandy format”. He said this during a visit to Luhansk region, where together with President of Switzerland Simonetta Sommaruga visited checkpoint “Stanitsa Lugansk”.

“We agreed to a very serious step for our country – sustainable cease-fire.
