Ban on flights to Poland now does not apply to EU countries and Ukraine and six other States
Poland from 1 July resumed its flights, allowing the aircraft to fly with filling of all passenger seats. Resumption of air links with Ukraine allowed the Council of Ministers of Poland on 30 June.
Now the ban on flights to Poland does not apply to EU countries (except Sweden and Portugal), as well as Ukraine, Montenegro, Georgia, Japan, Canada, Albania and South Korea. The order will be valid until July 14, and then the list of countries updating.
Thus, the low-cost airline Wizz Air on the morning of July 1, already sent to flight from Warsaw Airbus A320 aircraft which arrived at the airport “Kiev” at 9:39, reports “UKRINFORM”. In addition, the airport “Kiev” has landed the aircraft Wizz Air Wroclaw and Krakow.
Also recently, the Polish airline LOT announced the resumption of flights in Europe, including in Ukraine. The flights will be implemented in three Ukrainian cities – Kiev, Lviv and Odessa. The exact date of the beginning of flights the company has not yet reported.
Recall that a regular air service between Poland and Ukraine stopped since mid-March due to quarantine restrictions.
